Website enquiries

Project and partner forms send the submitted information to an AMSYNK Cloudflare Worker. The Worker validates the request, uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and sends the enquiry to info@amsynksolutions.com.

  • Do not submit confidential datasets, passwords, access credentials, personal records or sensitive participant information through general website forms.
  • Provide only the business information needed for an initial feasibility review.
  • You may contact support directly instead of using the form.

Career applications

When you apply through the Careers page, AMSYNK may receive information such as your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, location, education, languages, current occupation, role selection, experience, availability, device or capability details, LinkedIn URL, source information and other answers you choose to provide.

Career application records are stored in the careers database used by the application system. The system creates an application ID, supports internal review and status updates, and allows applicants to check a simplified public status using the application ID together with the registered email address or mobile number.

Do not submit identity documents, financial information or other sensitive records unless AMSYNK specifically requests them later through an appropriate channel for a legitimate onboarding or compliance purpose.

Information we may receive

Depending on the form or interaction, we may receive your name, business email, company, mobile number, geography, project requirements, estimated volume, timeline, collection capability, equipment access, career information and other information you voluntarily provide.

How information is used

Information may be used to assess feasibility, respond to enquiries, evaluate applications, communicate next steps, maintain business or recruitment records, prevent abuse, support contractual or operational work, and administer the website and related systems.

Website analytics

Google Analytics is used to understand aggregate website usage, such as pages viewed, traffic sources, device/browser information and interaction events. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and processes measurement data under its applicable terms and privacy practices. Avoid placing personal, confidential or sensitive information in page URLs.

Service providers

The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Workers support form and application processing, Cloudflare Turnstile supports abuse prevention, and Cloudflare D1 is used for careers application records. Zoho Mail is used for business and application-related email. Google Analytics supports website measurement. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Project-specific data collection

Participant consent, site permissions, capture instructions, data ownership, transfer, retention and deletion requirements are defined separately for each project through the applicable agreement, statement of work or operating instructions. Collection begins only after the required approvals and execution conditions are in place.

Retention and sharing

Business enquiry and career application information may be shared with personnel or approved service providers who need it to evaluate, administer or deliver the relevant work. Information is retained according to legitimate business, recruitment, contractual, legal, security and record-keeping needs. Project-specific retention requirements may be defined separately.

Security

AMSYNK uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and delivery method. No internet transmission is risk-free, so sensitive project material should be exchanged only through a secure channel agreed with the AMSYNK team.

Your choices and contact

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable contractual, legal, recruitment and record-keeping obligations, by emailing info@amsynksolutions.com. Include enough information to locate the relevant enquiry or application.
