Data Listing Policy
This policy explains how AMSYNK presents public dataset and AI data-product listings and what must be confirmed before a commercial commitment.
Purpose of public listings
The Healthcare Data Marketplace and Enterprise AI Data Marketplace are discovery and qualification tools. Listings summarize information currently available to AMSYNK and are not automatic offers for sale or licence.
Availability and quantities
Displayed quantities, scale and readiness reflect the current represented or product position. Final deliverable volume, count unit, cohort, token count or production status is reconfirmed before commitment.
Technical specifications
Formats, reports, labels, metadata, linkage, longitudinal depth, sequence or protocol details, schema and other technical fields are dataset-specific and may require buyer-scope confirmation.
Rights, provenance and permitted use
Ownership, provenance, lawful collection or generation position, de-identification, contributor or participant rights, commercial AI/ML permissions, redistribution and exclusivity are confirmed as applicable before delivery.
Synthetic and curated data
Synthetic, curated, transformed-real and source-represented real-world data are classified separately where the available information supports that distinction. Synthetic data must not be represented as real-world evidence.
Evaluation access
Samples and evaluation materials are shared on a dataset-specific basis. Sample availability does not by itself establish full-volume delivery, final rights or production acceptance.
Commercial terms
Pricing, licence or service model, milestones, acceptance, replacement or rework, security, retention and transfer are shared after technical qualification.
Corrections
If a listing is found to be incomplete or inaccurate during qualification, the definitive written technical and commercial position supersedes the public listing.
